Water Supply: In accordance with eco-friendly initiatives, bottled water is not provided. Instead, an in-room water purifier is available in all guest rooms. Amenities: To comply with government recycling regulations, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided complimentary but can be purchased for KRW 3,000.
Payment
Payments must be made with a physical credit card under the staying guest's name. If you require pre-payment or third-party payment, please contact the hotel in advance.
Policy
Minors: Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Mixed-gender stays by minors are strictly restricted under the Juvenile Protection Act of Korea. Pets: Pets are only permitted for guests booked under the "Pet Project" package. A separate cleaning fee will apply. Smoking: All rooms and indoor facilities are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of KRW 300,000 per night will be charged if smoking is detected in the room.
