2019년 이후 2년 만에 개최된 제10회 서울레코드페어를 기념해 라이즈 호텔 15층 사이드 노트 클럽에서는 레코드 커팅 세션이 진행되었습니다.

사이드 노트 클럽의 전 레지던트 DJ 이자 지금은 Mosaic Records 샵을 운영하는 DJ 6TS(Curtis Comabou)가 진행을 맡았으며, 세션에서는 레코드의 기본적인 이해와 제작의 원리에 대해서 탐구하고 뮤지션의 음원을 바이닐로 제작하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 재즈, 힙합, 훵크 등 다양한 장르의 뮤지션들이 높은 퀄리티의 음원을 제공해 주신 참여자분들 그리고 많은 관심을 보여주신 지원자분들에게 감사드리며 다음 레코드 커팅 세션도 많은 기대 부탁드립니다.

It was a great pleasure for us to host the Record Cutting Session with all the talented musicians who applied!

The Record Cutting Session was led by Curtis Cambou, our former resident DJ and Mosaic Records shop owner, at Side Note Club as part of a celebration for the 10th Seoul Record Fair held at RYSE B1. We explored the basic anatomy of the vinyl record, the principle of record production and were able to produce a vinyl record for each musician in different genres ranging from hip-hop, funk, to Jazz and more.
